It is a remote, full-time opportunity requiring strong organization, communication, judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail; prior Executive Assistant experience is not required.

Manage end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle (NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms), act as Salesforce administrator to maintain CRM data integrity, optimize intake-to-execution workflows, build KPI dashboards and reports, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to track obligations and reduce contract turnaround time.
