Implement, configure, train, and support the eClinicalWorks EHR and practice management system. Collaborate with stakeholders to design workflows, integrate with other healthcare systems, perform maintenance and updates, develop reports, ensure data security and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Meaningful Use), test new releases, and provide ongoing end-user support and optimization.

Support fundraising and visibility by creating and managing communications across newsletters, social media, press, and the website; coordinate events and campaigns; assist with grant proposals and reporting; analyze campaign effectiveness and produce marketing materials while collaborating with internal teams.

Oversee financial operations for an FQHC, including accounting, payroll, budgeting, cash management, grant compliance, monthly financial statements, audits, internal controls, and supervision of the accounting team.

Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations including claims submission, remittance review, denials and appeals, AR monitoring, staff supervision and training, policy development, reporting (month/year-end, UDS), and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to maintain AR averages under 45 days.

Assist clients with Medicaid and other government health insurance applications, verify eligibility, manage renewals, maintain documentation, liaise with providers and state agencies, monitor and resolve application issues, and report data to supervisors.
