Performs document indexing, quality control, software release testing, risk remediation, root cause analysis, procedure maintenance, workflow distribution, and new-hire training. Provides internal and external customer service while ensuring compliance with credit union policies, privacy requirements, the Bank Secrecy Act, and applicable laws.

Manage delinquent loan and depository accounts across all stages of collections, from early servicing through charge-off recovery. Responsibilities include member outreach, payment processing, repayment negotiations, hardship assistance, skip tracing, repossession support, settlements, loss mitigation, account audits, and regulatory compliance. The role resolves complex member concerns, meets collections and service performance goals, and supports recovery and process improvement initiatives.

Lead strategy and operations for retirement, investment and insurance services. Set business plans, advisor productivity standards, partner governance, compliance, marketing and member engagement. Manage partner relationships, broker-dealer coordination, risk controls, team hiring, coaching and performance to grow participation and deliver member-centered financial services.

Lead enterprise platform strategy and architecture for cloud, data, and AI platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, OpenAI/Foundry).
