Lead development and execution of the credit union's fair and responsible banking program (fair lending, SCRA, MLA, HMDA, ADA, CRA). Perform risk assessments, monitoring, sampling, and regulatory exam coordination. Advise business partners on risk mitigation, track corrective actions, prepare executive and board reporting, and manage a team including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Designs, builds, deploys and supports enterprise data environments and pipelines across cloud and on-prem systems. Collaborates on infrastructure, monitoring, capacity planning, security, governance, disaster recovery, and integration with enterprise systems. Drive product lifecycle, digital lending innovation, underwriting and pricing optimization, operational modernization, and team leadership while partnering with Risk, Finance, and executives to balance growth with disciplined risk management.

Lead the centralized first-line operational risk and governance function, owning RCSA, issue management, third-party risk oversight, complaints governance, and quality assurance. Partner with enterprise risk, compliance, legal, and audit to embed risk management into operations, support regulatory exams, deliver risk reporting to senior leadership, and coach and manage the risk team to meet objectives and regulatory expectations.

Lead strategy, launch, and lifecycle management of the unsecured credit card business. Drive growth, portfolio economics, risk-adjusted profitability, member experience, cross-functional execution, analytics-driven performance reporting, and team development in a matrixed environment.

Lead employee relations, employment-law guidance, and HR compliance. Advise HRBPs and leaders across the employee lifecycle, oversee investigations, maintain policies, run compliance audits, and manage a team to ensure consistent, defensible HR practices.

This role involves leading analytical projects to assess credit risk across various loan portfolios, developing frameworks for loan origination and loss forecasting, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve underwriting processes.

Provide support to credit union members via phone, process financial transactions, resolve inquiries, and build member relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Define access controls, entitlements, policies, and session isolation; build least-privilege architecture; install, configure, maintain and monitor PAM platforms; produce documentation; coordinate cross-functional IAM improvements and manage project deliverables.
