The Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Symitar application development projects. They will work on multiple projects concurrently using .NET and Java, with a focus on optimizing member experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include full lifecycle application development, system analysis, problem resolution, and mentoring team members.

Develop, edit, and analyze digital platforms, Mulesoft software applications, systems integration, cloud services, databases, reporting, or business analytics to support corporate business objectives. Design and develop APIs on API Gateway with appropriate policies to govern API access. Propose software solutions for complex business processes and technologies. Stay informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluate their value to the organization's operations.

Lead and coordinate HR activities within a business unit. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior managers. Drive talent management, employee development, compensation, and organization strategies. Collaborate with HR teams to deliver solutions.

Administer SQL Server databases, troubleshoot database issues, develop recovery procedures, support database maintenance, monitor performance, optimize SQL queries, collaborate with developers, and perform routine database tasks.

Support the Technology Department's strategy by leading and monitoring the end-to-end IT asset management processes. Manage the lifecycle for IT assets and ensure the organization uses best practices in both software asset management and hardware asset management. Partner in supporting CMDB, ITSM, and disaster recovery efforts. Formulate and implement processes for tracking and analyzing company software and hardware.

Risk & Control Analyst responsible for creating and executing remediation plans for internal/external reviews, monitoring adherence to policies and regulations, providing accurate reporting on risk-related issues, and developing effective controls. Requires 3 years of testing, audit, quality control experience and 5 years in compliance. Responsibilities include establishing privileged access monitoring controls, developing partnerships with technical resources, creating documentation, working on workflow implementation, improving provisioning processes, and overseeing IAM efforts.

Responsible for analyzing and governing the ServiceNow CMDB and asset management modules, collaborating with business partners, and assisting with ITSM and Disaster Recovery initiatives. Maintain CMDB accuracy, perform audits, generate reports, assist in incident investigation, and participate in disaster recovery testing. Provide input on ITSM policies and procedures.

Lead subject matter expert responsible for designing and architecting solutions across the credit union's Azure Cloud Infrastructure. Provide technical support, oversee enterprise backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, and serve as a lead for group projects and business initiatives.
