Provide technical customer support across iOS, Android, and web platforms. Troubleshoot issues, reproduce and document bugs, identify trends, escalate urgent problems, and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering. Manage a high ticket volume with empathy, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and Trail Data Operations. Experience with support tools, AI support bots, public support content, languages, or mapping applications is beneficial.

Lead a centralized Data Science & Engineering team to build scalable data pipelines, productionize ML/AI solutions, ensure data governance and reliability, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, and drive platform improvements for analytics, personalization, and product features.
