The Director of Compliance & Risk Management will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, provide strategic guidance on compliance programs, manage audits and risk management, interact with regulators, and prepare compliance reports. They will lead the compliance function and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining awareness of regulatory changes.
