Provides senior legal and executive administrative support to the Legal Department. Responsibilities include preparing governmental registrations, insurance applications, trust and estate documents, invoices, expense reports, correspondence, presentations, and legal filings. The role also maintains filing systems, coordinates meetings and conferences, manages deadlines, and handles confidential information while supporting corporate governance and department operations.

Manages clinical program operations across Clinical Programs and Medical Affairs, coordinating intake, reviews, scheduling, milestones, budgets, vendors, reporting, and process improvements. Maintains program tracking, dashboards, governance, and operating infrastructure while supporting knowledge mobilization and clinical guidelines initiatives. Partners with leadership, funders, healthcare stakeholders, and external vendors to keep cross-functional deliverables moving and risks addressed.

Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and tools that transform organizational processes. Embed with teams to map workflows, deliver time-boxed solutions using Claude and related platforms, measure business value, document and hand off production-ready systems, troubleshoot during stabilization, and create reusable patterns. Partner with AI Platform Operations, IT, risk, and staff while ensuring responsible handling of sensitive data and teaching teams to maintain solutions.

Leads integrated marketing and communications strategies for national Alzheimer's Association constituent events. Responsibilities include campaign planning, audience segmentation, messaging, content and asset development, project management, performance tracking, and coordination across paid, earned, social, direct, digital, and print channels. Oversees standardized marketing templates and resources for chapters nationwide while supporting registration, fundraising, engagement, and consistent brand execution.

Develop and manage volunteer-led Alzheimer's care and support programs across assigned communities. Recruit, train, coach, and monitor volunteers; build partnerships with community and faith-based organizations; expand outreach to underserved populations; plan conferences; support fundraising and advocacy campaigns; and report program, grant, community-impact, and volunteer-performance data. Requires extensive regional travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
