Provides nursing and personal care to assisted-living residents during full-time overnight 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, assisting with activities of daily living, coordinating communication with residents, families, and staff, maintaining documentation, following care policies and licensing requirements, and supporting housekeeping, dietary, and life-enrichment needs.

Leads regional sales performance, occupancy growth, and revenue generation across senior living communities. Coaches and develops community sales teams, manages referral partnerships, oversees marketing and lead-generation strategies, analyzes market and performance data, supports budgets and forecasts, and ensures consistent sales processes across multiple locations. Requires extensive regional travel and collaboration with operations and marketing leaders.
