Responsibilities include sales performance, coaching, recruiting, training, analytics, budgeting, planning, product launches, KOL and MDS relationships, field reviews, and cross-functional alignment with commercial, marketing, analytics, and managed markets teams. Requires extensive pharmaceutical sales leadership experience and 75%–100% overnight travel.

Lead strategic planning, design, and delivery of commercial training for biosimilars and 505(b)(2) products. Create multi-year curricula and blended learning, run onboarding and launch readiness, assess field execution via ride-alongs, manage vendors and budget, partner cross-functionally, oversee LMS certifications, and supervise one events specialist to ensure salesforce proficiency and performance.
