Lead CNC machinist who sets up, operates, and programs CNC machines, interprets complex blueprints, performs inspections and troubleshooting, mentors junior staff, implements process improvements, and conducts machine maintenance to ensure precision and quality.

Lead and manage quality assurance activities across production: develop QMS policies, perform audits and root cause analyses, implement CAPAs, oversee QC processes and supplier quality, train QA/QC staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and regulatory compliance.

Lead IT operations across infrastructure, desktop support, networks, endpoint and identity services; drive security controls, vulnerability reduction, incident response, and IT projects; support manufacturing/plant-floor systems; manage vendors, audits, and remediation activities; periodically travel to plant sites.

Sell complex machined components to OEMs while managing projects from concept through delivery. Grow customer relationships, prepare quotes and proposals, support PPAP/APQP quality processes, coordinate internal teams, and provide technical sales support and presentations.
