Provides weekend security coverage by controlling entrances, patrolling buildings and perimeters, monitoring CCTV and life-safety equipment, escorting personnel and materials, responding to alarms and incidents, completing security reports, and maintaining customer and employee safety. Requires a valid PERC card, state guard license, background and drug screening, and 3–6 months of relevant security, loss prevention, life-safety, CCTV, or access-control experience.

Process and post customer payments, apply payments, reconcile AR transactions, generate aging reports, assist collections and dispute resolution, coordinate AR review meetings, support month-end close, maintain AR documentation, and support audits and billing as needed.

Manages security contracts, budgets, staff performance, site safety, compliance, and client relationships. Oversees supervisors and security officers, develops procedures and staffing plans, conducts post inspections, coordinates emergency responses, maintains CCTV and access systems, supports hiring and training, manages payroll reporting, and ensures licensing and regulatory compliance. The role also develops customer relationships, coordinates with police and fire departments, and supports account profitability and business growth.
