Supports daily accounting operations and month-end close activities, including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations. The intern works with the accounting team, follows established processes, and handles financial information while gaining practical experience during a three-month part-time assignment.

Plans and manages automated material handling projects from quoting through installation, commissioning, acceptance, and client training. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, purchase orders, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, drawings, software implementation, change orders, documentation, and stakeholder updates. The role also supervises on-site installations, supports client relationships, and ensures systems meet design, operational, maintenance, and safety requirements.
