As Senior Product Manager for Digital Assets, you will own product strategy, lead partnerships, ensure compliance, and manage cross-organizational initiatives for new business lines in stablecoins and crypto trading.

Lead design and operation of Apex Asset Managements Advisers Act compliance program. Own regulatory filings and SEC/state exams, oversee marketing and solicitation compliance, portfolio/trading controls, vendor due diligence, and training. Partner with Legal, Operations, Product, and enterprise compliance to implement monitoring, testing, and reporting for sub-advisory, co-advisory, and solicitor/promoter arrangements.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Accounts and Investigations products. Manage and grow a product team, oversee full product lifecycle, drive market analysis, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, and performance metrics to improve account onboarding, identity verification, compliance screening, and case resolution.

Maintain and improve Linux-based production systems, automate deployments with Salt and Ansible, manage containerized stacks (Docker/Kubernetes), monitor and harden systems, troubleshoot incidents, partner with engineering for maintenance, and support infrastructure components like VMWare, SAN, backups, Kafka, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.

The Data Analyst will evaluate data flow, develop solutions, communicate findings, create data visualizations, and ensure timely project completion.

The Director of Program Management leads program governance, collaborates with leaders on strategy execution, manages multiple projects, and ensures stakeholder alignment and program performance.

Prepare and manage regulatory filings (FOCUS, 15c3-1/15c3-3), perform reserve and capital charge calculations, reconcile balance sheet accounts, support monthly close, and improve regulatory reporting processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and oversee large-scale programs aligned with company strategy. Manage a portfolio of projects and a team of project managers, set program strategy, engage stakeholders, report to executives, control budgets and forecasting, perform cost-benefit and risk analysis, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement and team development.
