Lead and oversee large-scale programs aligned with company strategy. Manage a portfolio of projects and a team of project managers, set program strategy, engage stakeholders, report to executives, control budgets and forecasting, perform cost-benefit and risk analysis, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement and team development.

Design and articulate technical solutions using Apex APIs, engage with clients post-sale to implement integrations, lead architecture discussions, document customer requirements for product teams, and influence product roadmap. Build expertise in cloud, microservices, real-time processing, and present technical concepts to stakeholders.

Own end-to-end technology procurement (SaaS, hardware, IT services): lead sourcing events, negotiate contracts and renewals, drive 90-day renewal engagement, build vendor relationships, partner with InfoSec/FP&A/Legal, develop procurement KPIs, and use data and AI tools to optimize costs and reduce risk.

Produce regular reports and analyses to inform strategic decisions across Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Product. Ensure data integrity, present insights to senior leadership, solve complex business problems, and improve analytical capabilities and processes.

Serve as an embedded domain IT Project Manager supporting a product domain: run syncs and standups, manage quarterly planning and capacity, track features/epics, manage dependencies, ensure Jira/Confluence hygiene and reporting, surface risks and status to leadership, and guide change management and process adherence.

Maintain and improve Linux-based production systems, automate deployments with Salt and Ansible, manage containerized stacks (Docker/Kubernetes), monitor and harden systems, troubleshoot incidents, partner with engineering for maintenance, and support infrastructure components like VMWare, SAN, backups, Kafka, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.

The Data Analyst will evaluate data flow, develop solutions, communicate findings, create data visualizations, and ensure timely project completion.
