Provide safe, engaging before- and after-school care for elementary students, implement curriculum and lesson plans, assist with homework, manage classroom behavior, and support student routines and enrichment activities following the school calendar.

Lead implementation of an extended-day after-school program for PK-8 students. Manage daily operations, supervise instructors, ensure student safety, maintain attendance and incident records, communicate with parents and school staff, apply curriculum focused on SEL and project-based learning, and use program data for continuous improvement.
