Drive frontline workforce planning and deployment for Design & Engineering teams. Manage 12-week forecasts, engage managers and pursuit leads, maintain WFP data quality and tags, identify recruitment needs, escalate supply/demand risks, and support mobilization, onboarding and stakeholder decision-making using workforce analytics and dashboards.

Design and lead process-mechanical tasks for industrial water/wastewater projects: prepare drawings, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, reports, coordinate disciplines, support construction, perform site evaluations and field testing.

Lead delivery of complex North American railroad projects using Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build. Oversee multidisciplinary design coordination, act as client lead, manage finances, resources, risk/change, and ensure technical and commercial outcomes. Support pursuits, prepare fees and delivery strategies, and produce construction and permitting drawing packages. Travel with overnight stays required.

Lead architectural design and technical development for data center and mission-critical projects across all phases. Produce and coordinate technical drawings, ensure code and standards compliance, manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, collaborate with clients and consultants, and monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet quality and client objectives.

Lead and grow the System Planning & Studies team, manage project and proposal delivery, and perform hands-on power system planning analyses (load-flow, short-circuit, transient and electromagnetic transient, stability, reliability, interconnection studies). Serve as technical lead, project/program manager, mentor junior engineers, support business development, and ensure compliance with standards and quality control.

Serve as process engineer on industrial water and wastewater projects: develop process designs, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, and O&M manuals; perform field work, pilot testing, commissioning, and client presentations; mentor junior staff; manage projects and support business development across study, design, construction, startup, and operation phases.

Lead design and coordination of site development and redevelopment projects including roads, stormwater, utilities, grading, and subdivision master plans. Produce construction documents, calculations, and reports, manage permitting with municipalities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project management from design through completion.

Lead a traffic engineering design team for interstate and arterial projects, overseeing signing/marking, ITS, signal, tolling, and intersection design from concept through delivery; manage scope, schedule, budget, quality assurance, client engagement, mentoring, and business development.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary BIM team to define and implement BIM standards, ACC administration, model coordination, automation (Dynamo/Revit API), and model lifecycle integration across design and construction. Recruit and train staff, contribute to BIM scope estimates, monitor utilization, and report BIM KPIs to practice leadership.

Implement and configure Cority EHS occupational health modules: gather and document client requirements, configure and test systems, support integrations and data migration, provide training, rollout, and post-go-live support while advising on best practices.

Lead environmental remediation system design and assessments including detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage field activities and subcontractors, perform O&M and monitoring, support reports and budgets, mentor junior staff, and travel up to 25% for construction, startup, and client meetings.
