Support pursuits, prepare fees and delivery strategies, and produce construction and permitting drawing packages. Travel with overnight stays required.

Lead substation electrical engineering for transmission and distribution projects (4kV–500kV). Perform detailed design, studies, drawings, specifications, bill of materials, procurement support, and construction documents. Lead proposals, estimates, client engagement, project/program management, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with codes, QA/QC, and cross-discipline coordination.

Lead Intelex EHS&S software implementations: gather and document requirements, configure and test systems, support integrations, train users, and manage rollout and post‑go‑live support for clients.

Lead routing and siting studies and state PUC/CPCN applications for electric transmission and substations. Manage project teams, QA/QC deliverables, integrate GIS and environmental permitting, drive client development, pursue proposals and scopes, and coordinate public outreach and interdisciplinary specialists to ensure successful project outcomes.

Hybrid work; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Manage and architect enterprise GIS and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) for state DOT clients. Develop scripts, web services, schemas, data validation (Data Reviewer), LRS workflows, and visualization tools using Esri technologies to support Roads & Highways, reporting (HPMS/CPM), QA/QC, and integration across web and mobile platforms.

Design and deliver industrial water and wastewater treatment projects: develop drawings, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, equipment selection and technical reports; coordinate with drafters and disciplines; manage small-to-mid design tasks; support construction via reviews, RFIs, inspections, testing, commissioning, and field troubleshooting while implementing senior staff feedback.

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain full-stack PMIS solutions including user interfaces, APIs, data services, and automation. Collaborate with PMIS architects, analysts, and implementation leads to ensure scalable, secure, and interoperable systems. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and delivery tracking while supporting data collection, visualization, and continuous improvement.
