As a Product Guide, you will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and support store operations while maintaining a connection with nature and your team.

Provide exceptional in-store customer service and technical product knowledge, process transactions using the POS, support merchandising and store projects, handle inventory unpacking, answer phones/emails/social channels, and work required shifts including holiday peak periods.

Provide exceptional in-store guest experiences by sharing technical product knowledge, processing transactions via POS, handling returns/warranties and Used Gear trade-ins, supporting merchandising and store projects, answering phones/emails/social channels, receiving inventory (5–30 lb boxes), and representing the brand in-store and in the community.
