As a Product Guide, you will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and support store operations while maintaining a connection with nature and your team.

Provide exceptional in-store guest experiences by sharing technical product knowledge, processing transactions via POS, handling returns/warranties and Used Gear trade-ins, supporting merchandising and store projects, answering phones/emails/social channels, receiving inventory (5–30 lb boxes), and representing the brand in-store and in the community.

Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering technical product knowledge, excellent customer service, and problem solving. Support merchandising, inventory receiving, POS transactions, communications (phone/email/social), store initiatives, and community representation. Maintain availability for peak holiday periods and required shifts, and participate in team projects and store tasks.
