Responsibilities include resolving escalated tickets, designing and configuring networks, documenting infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, communicating with clients, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in on-call support. Requires at least three years of network engineering experience, knowledge of major networking vendors and cloud networking, and a CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet FCP, or equivalent experience.
