Manage enterprise job scheduling, file transfers, and batch processing; monitor and resolve production issues; automate processes with scripting; support data warehouse jobs; maintain documentation; provide on-call and disaster recovery support.

Lead IT audit projects across IT operations, infrastructure, security, and governance. Plan, test, document, and report findings; supervise staff; validate issues; and partner with business and risk teams to ensure controls and regulatory expectations are met.

Lead strategy, development, and operations of the enterprise data platform. Drive DataOps and MLOps adoption, automation with IaC, oversee cloud data operations, mentor engineers, ensure security and governance, and optimize data integration, ETL/ELT, and platform performance.
