Develops customized wealth planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and executives. Partners with wealth advisors and bankers to generate business, presents recommendations, coordinates solutions with professional advisors, identifies cross-sell opportunities, provides expertise on complex financial, tax, estate, insurance, and succession planning, and delivers educational presentations while managing client and prospect relationships.

Owns AI-enabled products from discovery through governed release, adoption, and continuous improvement. Translates banking business problems into product requirements, user stories, backlogs, delivery plans, controls, and measurable outcomes. Configures AI agents, retrieval patterns, workflow automations, data flows, and integrations while coordinating business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations partners. Monitors product usage, quality, business impact, adoption, and governance measures in a regulated environment.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance, adoption, and measurable business outcomes for AI-enabled products across Corporate and Commercial Banking. The role partners with bankers, business leaders, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to prioritize opportunities, deliver governed AI capabilities, manage portfolio execution, drive adoption, and oversee integrations, automations, data flows, retrieval systems, and AI agents. The position also coaches product and delivery teams and ensures responsible AI, privacy, controls, and regulatory requirements are embedded throughout delivery.

Leads strategy, growth, development, positioning, launch, and lifecycle management for treasury management products. Analyzes markets, competition, customer needs, profitability, and product performance to identify enhancements. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, ensures legal and regulatory alignment, manages revenue goals, and develops product training for internal teams and clients.

Manages a commercial real estate loan portfolio by analyzing borrowers, guarantors, properties, and markets; preparing credit recommendations; monitoring repayment, performance, risk ratings, and financial trends; and ensuring lending-policy and regulatory compliance. Partners with Relationship Managers on lending opportunities, client retention, portfolio growth, due diligence, credit presentations, loan approvals, and special projects.

Manage a commercial real estate lending portfolio by analyzing borrowers, guarantors, properties, and markets; preparing credit recommendations; monitoring performance and risk ratings; supporting loan approvals and due diligence; and partnering with Relationship Managers on client retention and portfolio growth. The role also oversees portfolio administration, regulatory compliance, repayment trends, property performance, and borrower financial conditions.

Designs, automates, and supports private cloud infrastructure using VMware, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and container technologies. Resolves infrastructure incidents, monitors performance and capacity, maintains technical documentation and inventories, and supports disaster recovery and business resilience testing. Partners with technology teams and service providers to improve availability, security, deployment, and scalability. Mentors engineers and helps shape infrastructure strategy.

Design and maintain enterprise semantic models, ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs. Define business concepts and metadata standards, map technical data to shared definitions, and partner with data architecture, engineering, governance, AI, and business teams to enable discovery, analytics, and AI-ready semantic solutions.

Manage and optimize the Snowflake data platform, including access, roles, security, performance, resource allocation, cost management, automation, integrations, and disaster recovery. Partner with data and technology teams to resolve platform and pipeline issues, enforce compliance and data protection, document best practices, provide training, and enable new capabilities.
