Coordinates operational support across Regional Service Centers, including administrative activities, KPI and performance data, systems administration, purchasing, inventory, vendor management, facility support, documentation, onboarding, and work orders. Conduct market and competitive research, drive new product development, align cross-functional teams, develop training and marketing collateral, and track KPIs to optimize portfolio performance and reduce SKU complexity.
