Leads the global strategy, design, and implementation of complex workforce solutions across sales, operations, product, and technical teams. Oversees enterprise engagements, service delivery models, process standardization, KPIs, SLAs, operational readiness, and global team performance. Partners with sales on complex deals, develops tailored proposals, translates client requirements for product teams, validates solutions through UAT, and uses operational and revenue data to improve efficiency and growth.

Design and build complex customer-facing product features, own technical decisions, contribute to architecture and technical direction, uphold code quality, mentor engineers, and support production incidents. The role collaborates closely with Product and Design across a modern web stack including React, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET, relational databases, and Microsoft Azure.

Owns Atlas HXM’s deal desk function, including pricing execution, complex deal solutioning, compliance adherence, competitive pricing analysis, and process optimization. The role identifies recurring deal friction, builds decision frameworks and approval paths, improves structuring workflows, and advises Sales leadership. It partners with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Sales to resolve non-standard deals, reduce unnecessary escalations, and establish a scalable deal desk capability.

Manage end-to-end client implementations and onboarding for global workforce solutions. Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing risks and change, customizing onboarding processes, maintaining documentation, training clients, ensuring quality, and driving milestones through completion. The role serves as the primary contact for enterprise clients and supports adoption and engagement after implementation.

Develop cloud-native B2B SaaS platform services and user interfaces using C#, .NET, React, databases, and microservices. Responsibilities include architecture and design, hands-on feature development, code reviews, API and third-party integrations, technical documentation, debugging, proof-of-concepts, security and compliance implementation, and technical support. Collaborate within agile scrum teams and with product stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise solutions.

Designs and builds production data systems, pipelines, database schemas, analytical models, and internal platforms. Responsibilities include writing tested code, optimizing queries and storage, controlling infrastructure costs, enforcing CI/CD, and implementing data testing, monitoring, and alerting. The role also develops AI and LLM-backed data use cases, including retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector storage, evaluation harnesses, and agentic workflows.

Generate leads, build relationships, drive sales for Employer-of-Record services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
