Manage complex Michigan Personal Injury Protection claims from assignment through resolution. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, investigation, evidence gathering, damage evaluation, policy and legal review, settlement negotiation, payment approval, sub-claim creation, referrals, documentation, and claim closure. The role handles intermediate claims involving injuries and attendant care, coordinates with insureds, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance carriers, and may require travel, inspections, licensing, and occasional overnight stays.

Manage homeowners insurance claims from assignment through closure. Responsibilities include contacting insureds, investigating losses, analyzing coverage and exclusions, reviewing damage estimates, evaluating financial values, negotiating settlements, approving payments, identifying subrogation and recovery opportunities, documenting claim files, and referring complex matters. The role requires applying insurance policies, state laws, construction knowledge, and claim-handling standards while delivering effective customer service. The position is remote, with occasional travel and potential inspections or repair-facility visits.

Manage Michigan PIP claims end-to-end: investigate facts, perform coverage analysis, evaluate damages and limits, negotiate settlements, approve payments, refer to other units, document files, and handle MCCA and attorney-represented claims.
