Partners with business and clinical stakeholders to document processes, rules, data definitions, and institutional knowledge for agentic AI systems. Creates semantic models, taxonomies, workflows, audit logic, evaluation sets, dashboards, and knowledge-base artifacts. Audits agent accuracy, investigates defects, maintains governance and lineage, collaborates with Snowflake and AI teams, supports AI pilots and releases, and trains business users on agentic tools.

Leads actuarial and healthcare analytics functions, including actuarial modeling, forecasting, reserving, medical cost trend analysis, risk adjustment, pricing, and regulatory compliance. Partners with finance, analytics, network management, product teams, auditors, and executives to communicate financial risks and recommendations. Oversees model, data infrastructure, and workflow improvements while monitoring healthcare trends, regulations, utilization, and cost drivers.

Builds and maintains data pipelines and datasets supporting analytics, AI, and modeling. Responsibilities include ingesting healthcare claims and lab data into Snowflake and AWS Iceberg, processing structured and unstructured sources, curating data for AI use cases, implementing medallion architectures, evaluating data quality, and contributing to pilot initiatives using SQL, Python, AWS Glue, Terraform, and Snowflake.

The Vice President of Product Strategy identifies and validates new healthcare products, market expansions, channel partnerships, and strategic opportunities. Responsibilities include monitoring healthcare and diagnostics trends, exploring precision medicine, developing market and business cases, assessing clinical and commercial feasibility, building industry partnerships, and presenting investment recommendations to executive leadership. The role is remote with quarterly travel to Tampa, Florida.

Directs day-to-day HR operations as the Chief People Officer’s primary operational partner.
