QA automation role responsible for test planning and strategy, manual and automated functional/regression/end-to-end testing across web, desktop and mainframe applications. Write test cases, build regression suites, manage test data, perform E2E testing across channels, and interface with clients. Some domain knowledge of trading lifecycle and experience with automation tools (QTP/Selenium) is expected. Work in a global delivery environment.

Perform QA testing for small-to-medium software on IBM iSeries/AS400; lead test/project activities, design and execute test cases, scale testing for agile timelines, and review project deliverables while reporting status and metrics to stakeholders.

Owner of customer success for NetSuite accounts: promote effective NetSuite deployments, build adoption roadmaps, measure outcomes and satisfaction, manage incidents/escalations, coordinate with Sales, Professional Services and NetSuite teams, guide environment setup, optimize performance, and maintain executive-to-admin relationships to ensure seamless post-implementation support.

Prepare test plans, test approach/strategy, and test cases. Execute manual functional, regression, automation (QTP/Selenium) and end-to-end testing across web, desktop, and mainframe applications. Build regression suites, manage test data, interface with clients, and support global delivery. Apply basic trading domain knowledge and drive process improvements.

Lead and manage test automation programs and stakeholders across onsite-offshore teams. Design and maintain Selenium/Appium/Protractor frameworks using core Java, define test strategies, plan resources/risks, oversee test execution and reporting, and ensure delivery quality in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Provide systems engineering support for domain and PC migrations, Group Policy design/implementation, Windows 7 troubleshooting, technical governance, architecture liaison, project workstream leadership, documentation, and IT controls reporting.

Design and deliver complex voice and data system solutions for enterprise clients. Integrate IP communications, PBX/IPT, network security, virtualization, CTI/CRM and storage; manage projects, client communication, and cross-team coordination to meet deadlines and quality standards.
