Manages client accounts receivable, communicates about outstanding invoices, resolves payment discrepancies, reviews aging reports, processes approved write-offs, documents client communications, and escalates collection issues. Collaborates with attorneys, administrators, billing teams, management, and collection committees while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Assists with identifying, analyzing, resolving, and clearing conflicts of interest for new matters, lateral hires, and law firm acquisitions. Reviews waivers, engagement letters, client guidelines, and ethical compliance requirements. Coordinates intake workflows, quality assurance, training, process improvements, and automation while providing guidance to attorneys and staff under tight deadlines.

Perform conflicts-of-interest reviews for lateral attorney hires and new hires: research prior client/matter relationships, run conflicts searches, prepare reports, coordinate onboarding and matter openings, and work with Recruiting, HR, and attorneys to resolve conflicts and maintain accurate intake records while protecting confidential information.
