BallotReady is a female-led social venture with a mission to make it easy to vote informed on the entire ballot. Our team is passionate about politics and democracy and has the opportunity to partner with groups like the Sierra Club, NPR, and Pod Save America. We're strong believers in flexibility and accountability. Our teams work collaboratively towards OKRs around improving our data and tools around elections. One of our values is a healthy and inclusive culture.
