Provide municipal civil engineering expertise: review development submittals and plans, coordinate with municipal staff and agencies, manage capital improvement projects, prepare reports, permits, grant applications, perform construction inspections, and mentor junior engineers to support local government clients.

Design automation, controls, and SCADA systems for water/wastewater facilities. Prepare P&IDs, network architectures, control schematics, panel layouts, specifications, and bills of material. Review shop drawings, assist construction services, and occasionally visit sites. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on consulting and integration projects.

Manage and design wastewater facility and infrastructure projects, lead project teams, develop workplans/schedules/budgets, produce plans and specifications, provide construction-phase support, mentor staff, and support business development and proposals.

Maintain and manage the project management system; verify and correct project data; prepare regular and ad hoc reports; analyze project financials, schedules, risks, and trends; communicate issues and required actions to Project Managers; track issue resolution; liaise with Finance and management; support standardization and system improvements.

Design, program, install, commission, and support water/wastewater control systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA/DCS, industrial networking, instrumentation, and telemetry. Perform field wiring, startup, troubleshooting, and occasional on-call emergency response; provide specifications, testing, and client coordination.
