Lead or assist customer implementations, collect and analyze customer requirements to design features and prioritize roadmaps, run online product demos, and provide technical/business support via phone, email, and support tickets.

Serve as the primary technical contact for sales: analyze complex prospect requirements, design custom workflows and architectures, lead product demonstrations, conduct prospect visits and professional services, and relay market feedback to product. Support sales, product strategy, and implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer outcomes.
