Support consulting delivery by preparing benefit guides, open enrollment materials, reporting, cost modeling, RFP support, carrier implementations, onboarding, QA audits, and customer relationship management for assigned West Region accounts.

Manage an assigned book of business delivering benefits consulting, client retention, account planning, carrier/vendor placement, regulatory compliance guidance (ERISA/ACA/COBRA), and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer outcomes.

The Benefits Consultant is responsible for managing customer accounts, assessing needs, maintaining relationships with partners, and ensuring successful service delivery.
