Ensures quality, safety, IRA compliance, production tracking, budget performance, permits, change orders, and project closeout. Supervises and develops team members while coordinating multiple construction disciplines and maintaining project schedules and financial status.

Leads gas power generation construction projects, overseeing safety, staffing, subcontractors, schedules, quality, budgets, client relationships, and financial reporting. The Site Manager coordinates supervisors and resources, enforces company and regulatory standards, monitors project costs and contract compliance, develops employees through coaching and training, manages stakeholder relationships, and supports estimating, hiring, public meetings, and project closeout activities. Relocation to each assigned construction project is required.

Support site safety by conducting field audits, crew and subcontractor visits, and incident investigations; assist with safety program execution, training, orientations, JHAs, and daily observations. Spend majority of time in the field and participate in OSHA safety trainings.

Lead and manage site safety across large, complex construction projects: develop and implement HSE programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct incident investigations and audits, perform risk assessments, mentor safety staff, oversee emergency response readiness, and analyze safety data to drive improvements.

Oversee and lead the site team (self-perform and subcontractors); monitor and report project financials; act as liaison between PM, client, and field; enforce site safety with Site Safety team; oversee site quality and implement quality initiatives. Requires heavy travel and rotational relocation to the jobsite.
