Performs overnight cleaning and custodial duties throughout the hotel, including public areas, guest rooms, back-of-house spaces, floors, restrooms, and stairwells. Maintains cleaning supplies, safely handles chemicals and equipment, inspects facilities for hazards or maintenance needs, and reports issues. The role supports hotel operations independently during overnight shifts while following hospitality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Support housekeeping by maintaining cleanliness of public areas, stocking supplies, delivering linens and amenities, assisting room attendants, responding to guest requests, setting up event spaces, and following safety and brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Clean and properly stock guest rooms efficiently (up to 16 credits/day). Change linens as needed, dust furniture, empty wastebaskets, clean mirrors and bathrooms using prescribed procedures, and follow Hyatt policies, OSHA standards, and hotel quality standards.

Generate transient room revenue by prospecting, developing, and managing corporate and business travel accounts. Conduct outside sales calls, site tours, and client meetings; negotiate corporate rates; maintain CRM records; collaborate with revenue management and operations to meet revenue and production goals.
