Create and commission content, build journalist and creator relationships, manage launches and campaigns, support executive speaking opportunities, shape brand voice, lead crisis communications, and coordinate with product, engineering, community, freelancers, creators, and agencies. The role requires strong writing, internet culture fluency, fast execution, and extensive communications or marketing experience.

Manage Bluesky’s relationships with news organizations, reporters, newsroom teams, and publishers. Guide partners on Bluesky and AT Protocol, develop audience-growth strategies, plan digital and in-person campaigns, define partnership metrics, and use data to improve engagement. Collaborate with product, marketing, communications, and trust and safety teams to turn partner insights into product recommendations and strengthen Bluesky’s value for news publishers.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll design and maintain high-volume pipelines and databases, implement ETLs for automated abuse-prevention, and develop monitoring solutions while collaborating with teams on safety systems.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will build and maintain moderation and user-safety applications for Bluesky's Trust & Safety team, collaborating with product teams and improving tools based on user feedback.
