Supports IL5 Oracle Cloud environments, assesses security controls, conducts C&A reviews, applies FedRAMP methodologies, and secures cloud-native systems. Responsibilities include supporting databases and containerized applications, configuring Oracle Cloud Guard, and automating tasks with Ansible, Helm, and Terraform.

Leads enterprise software testing programs for DLA applications and business systems. Develops test strategies, plans, scripts, and evaluation processes; oversees developmental, operational, integration, accessibility, cybersecurity, database, and automated testing. Manages testing specialists, DevSecOps testing integration, ServiceNow defect workflows, compliance with Section 508 and DISA STIGs, and stakeholder reporting. Supports DoD acquisition lifecycle milestones, enterprise modernization, and operational readiness.

Analyzes complex business processes, data requirements, and information systems supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. Applies DoD Business Enterprise Architecture, data modeling, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and process analysis expertise to improve data quality, interoperability, modernization, and enterprise decision-making. This fully remote role requires Secret clearance and supports AMPS program initiatives.

Provide technical support and hands-on delivery for integrating ICAM requirements into DLA enterprise systems and applications. Conduct infrastructure research and development, ensure hardware and software compliance, document technical specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans, and results, and communicate complex designs and project status to varied audiences.

Designs enterprise-scale ICAM system architectures, defining functional and technical requirements, integration approaches, authentication, authorization, segregation of duties, and privileged access management. Develops high-level system design diagrams and ensures compliance with enterprise architecture, open systems, OSI, ISO, IEEE OSE, and common operating environment standards. Requires Secret clearance, substantial system architecture experience, ICAM implementation expertise, and DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification.

Resolves connectivity issues, recommends system enhancements, supports operational systems, and directs system administrators. Requires advanced knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance, plus Okta certification and five years of professional Okta experience.

Oversee large, complex task orders, coordinating government stakeholders, technical teams, task order managers, and program leadership. Manage task order performance, schedules, deliverables, communications, and technical solution implementation in accordance with contract requirements. Support the Program Manager in coordinating with contracting officers and customer agency representatives while ensuring performance objectives are achieved.

Manages contract performance, project schedules, staffing, technical deliverables, risks, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, and workforce security compliance. Oversees RMF artifacts, cybersecurity policy alignment, contractor certifications, clearances, and CAC access requirements across DLA information systems, Platform IT, and operational technology environments.

Provides expert infrastructure, application, and database support for a federal AMPS program. Administers, implements, sustains, and troubleshoots Oracle Database, SOA, SSO, OAM, OIM, OBIEE, and OAC environments. Develops innovative technical solutions, supports executive-level project teams, provides technical direction, and produces high-quality technical documentation and government deliverables. The role is fully remote and requires a Secret clearance before onboarding.

Administers, supports, maintains, and optimizes SAP applications and environments.
