Own BOI’s US growth strategy, demand generation, positioning, brand, partnerships, and pipeline. Build and optimize channels across content, events, outbound, communities, and partner ecosystems; convert interest into qualified opportunities; report conversion performance; develop AI-enabled growth workflows; and lead the go-to-market team. The role also shapes market positioning, creates case studies and thought leadership, and establishes partnerships with cloud providers, labs, and referral firms.

Leads complex applied AI engagements from opportunity identification through product discovery, prototyping, deployment, and adoption. Connects AI solutions to broader business transformation, roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes. Leads engineers, designers, and client teams, manages delivery across workstreams, facilitates senior stakeholder relationships, and contributes to proposals and commercial growth. Requires hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, agents, copilots, or prototypes.
