Lead sales and marketing for the Burr Ridge hospice program: develop and execute marketing plans, build referral and payer relationships, negotiate contracts, manage and recruit the sales team, monitor budgets and marketing ROI, and identify opportunities to expand services and community outreach.

Provide after-hours hospice nursing support on a 7-on/7-off on-call schedule: triage phone calls, dispatch field staff, perform visits and admissions as needed, document calls, refill prescriptions, order supplies/DME, and coordinate patient/family needs while demonstrating hospice care competencies.
