Develop and execute strategy and training and development for our Sales Operations by collaborating with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, People Operations, and GTM teams by driving key initiatives.
Execute the launch of new sales training initiatives and collateral.
Help to drive the growth of MRR through the engineering fully defined sales process, sales messaging, sales onboarding, and sales performance management.
Work with peers in order to help to develop and optimize sales processes and programs as it relates to our sales toolkit, including sales playbooks, proposals, and articulating ROI for prospective customers.
Compliance-Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency across sales.
Develop enablement strategies to train the organization on how to optimize SFDC, other SaaS tools and data across all business units to increase our data-driven decision capabilities .
Assist in the development of key performance metrics, dashboards, and reports that drive focus for the sales team.
Use abilities to build, maintain and continuously improve relationships with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure collateral and messaging are aligned.
