Build and operate AWS GovCloud infrastructure for a containerized compliance evidence pipeline. Responsibilities include Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD, container deployment, monitoring, incident response, immutable evidence storage, networking, secrets, TLS/PKI, autoscaling, and technical security-control documentation supporting an ATO. The role also manages secure connectivity, release traceability, capacity planning, and operational runbooks in a regulated federal environment.

Own day-to-day delivery for an agentic AI federal health IT project. Coordinate scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communications within two-week Agile sprints. Maintain Jira backlogs, sprint views, RAID logs, documentation, meeting records, and status reporting. Collaborate with technical leads and engineers to ensure sprint commitments are realistic and traceable to contract requirements.

Sources, screens, interviews, and builds relationships with candidates and hiring managers for salaried, technical, medical, defense, aerospace, software, and engineering roles. The recruiter develops job descriptions from contract documents, posts positions in Greenhouse, maintains LinkedIn content, secures candidate Letters of Intent, supports proposal efforts, coordinates candidate reviews, and prepares accurate recruiting updates. Travel to and from client sites is required.

Manages federal contract administration, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, indirect rates, pricing, and compliance across prime contracts and subcontracts. Tracks funding, contract actions, profitability, and key deadlines while supporting accounting, payroll, proposal pricing, and government contract requirements. Maintains dashboards, coordinates with project managers and accounting partners, and documents processes. Requires substantial federal contracting or government accounting experience, knowledge of FAR and DFARS, and familiarity with Costpoint, Unanet, or comparable systems.
