Owns the planning, rollout, execution, and closeout of customized client learning programs. Responsibilities include managing timelines, deliverables, risks, client communications, support inquiries, cross-functional coordination, program data, documentation, reporting, and process improvements. The role independently manages multiple programs, analyzes trends, advises stakeholders, and ensures timely, high-quality delivery while using digital platforms and AI tools to improve workflows.

Consults with sales and marketing leaders to shape go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and marketing transformation initiatives. Designs business simulations and digital learning experiences, conducts client interviews and research, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, develops content, and facilitates workshops and offsites. Works across multiple client engagements, contributes to project workstreams, develops client relationships, and supports team and professional development. The hybrid role requires approximately 30–50% travel.
