Develops and optimizes sheet metal manufacturing processes, evaluates and improves workflows, implements cost- and quality-focused process changes, coordinates product launch and training, designs tooling and fixtures, and performs product/process analysis for efficiency and safety.

Lead and maintain quality engineering processes across manufacturing: implement SPC and APQP, perform root cause analysis and CAPA, conduct audits, manage large projects, support failure analysis/MRB, develop quality metrics and training, and apply DOE/DFM/FMEA/GD&T and Six Sigma methods to improve product and process quality.

Manage master production scheduling from purchasing through production to meet delivery, inventory, and distribution goals. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service to resolve bottlenecks, adjust orders, and monitor supply constraints. Lead and develop the scheduling department, prepare production reports, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly goals.
