Sell capital laboratory diagnostic equipment across a multi-state territory. Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, financial modeling, demonstrations, vendor collaboration, negotiations, and pipeline management. Provide technical expertise, improve lab workflows, maintain SFDC records, attend trade events, meet vendor credentialing, and travel frequently to support customer relationships and close system sales.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) customer service for order management, invoicing, reimbursement, complaints, and returns. Manage order fulfillment, backorders, product changes, and cross-functional issue resolution. Support process improvements, analyze account histories, report anomalies, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Support contract manufacturing of PET radiopharmaceuticals across sites, ensuring cGMP compliance, quality control, radiation safety, SAP troubleshooting, training, maintenance, inventory synchronization, and project participation. Act as technical expert and may serve as QA designee, Radiation Safety Officer, or EHS leader. Frequent travel (75–80%) required.
