Lead end-to-end people operations: talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce strategy, payroll and benefits administration (with PEO), policy and compliance, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and leadership advising. Drive hiring for technical/data roles, use analytics to inform HR decisions, and cultivate company culture in a hybrid environment.

Own demand generation, account-based marketing, integrated campaigns, funnel optimization, marketing analytics, attribution, and marketing operations. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to generate qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue, manage Salesforce and Pardot integrations, improve lead flow and conversion, and align campaigns with healthcare technology customer needs.

Lead end-to-end people operations including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, workforce strategy, employee engagement, policy development, and HR compliance. Act as strategic advisor to leadership, manage sensitive personnel matters, and drive talent development and culture in a hybrid environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based web and mobile backend systems. Develop and integrate REST APIs, troubleshoot production issues, improve performance and reliability, participate in architecture and code reviews, and collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
