Coordinate parish and community outreach, volunteer recruitment and management, in-kind donation drives, and partner engagement. Serve as Development Department contact for parishes, track and acknowledge donations and volunteers, represent the agency at events, support fundraising and stewardship, and collaborate with program leaders to align community engagement with development goals.

Lead and execute an integrated communications strategy to drive brand awareness, donor acquisition and retention, and community engagement. Supervise donor communications staff, produce print/digital/social content, manage the website and social accounts, oversee PR/media relations, use analytics to optimize campaigns, coordinate communications for fundraising/events and strategic initiatives, manage vendors, ensure HIPAA/confidentiality compliance, and improve communications processes.

Lead individual giving programs including appeals, donor cultivation, stewardship, and data management. Manage donor portfolios, develop annual appeal plans, support major and planned gifts, ensure Raiser's Edge NXT data integrity, create donor communications, monitor fundraising performance, represent the agency at events, and supervise staff or volunteers as assigned.
