Responsibilities include developing financial and operational reporting, forecasting and budgeting models, profitability analysis, data management, process improvement, and actionable performance plans. The Associate collaborates with company management, C-suite stakeholders, private equity teams, and project leads to support decision-making and value creation.

Provides quoting and implementation support for employee benefits producers and account managers. Responsibilities include preparing medical and ancillary insurance quotes, maintaining data in agency and carrier systems, onboarding new clients, processing carrier installations and Broker of Record changes, creating enrollment materials, responding to client requests, and assisting with administrative tasks, projects, process improvements, quality controls, and compliance procedures.

Manage assigned client accounts for CBIZ’s HCM software services. Provide UKG product support, troubleshoot system issues, conduct audits, maintain data integrity, lead client meetings, and recommend process improvements. Build trusted client relationships, resolve cases, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery across payroll, HR, timekeeping, and workforce management solutions.

Advise clients on complex partnership taxation, entity structuring, ownership changes, M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic transactions. Develop and review partnership tax models, allocation analyses, basis computations, and technical memoranda. Supervises global information reporting tax services for financial institution clients, advising on FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 withholding and reporting, and related regimes. Coordinates international compliance teams, manages client engagements, reviews tax reporting data and forms, supervises associates, supports technology requirements and testing, and delivers regulatory training. Requires at least three years of public accounting or related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Prepare and review Forms 5471/5472/8865/8858 and related disclosures, conduct technical research (GILTI, Subpart F, treaties, foreign tax credits), analyze tax data for planning opportunities, produce client deliverables and technical memoranda, collaborate with firm-wide engagement teams, monitor legislative developments, and support professional development and knowledge-sharing.

Manages multiple client engagements, develops relationships and new business, delivers technical training, and supervises and mentors tax professionals. Requires extensive public accounting or related experience, strong client service and leadership abilities, and expertise in international tax transparency and reporting regimes.
