Lead product marketing strategy for Cents’ growing software product suite. Responsibilities include audience research, ideal customer profile definition, go-to-market planning, product positioning and messaging, launch management, sales and customer success enablement, and competitive intelligence. The role partners closely with the VP of Marketing and product team while building marketing systems and leading strategic initiatives.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; manages accounting operations and a small team; prepares financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries; maintains GAAP compliance and internal controls; partners with FP&A; supports audits and tax filings; oversees AP, AR, and payroll accounting; and improves scalable accounting workflows, including SaaS revenue recognition.

Own the full sales cycle for Cents’ laundry and dry-cleaning software, from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and close. Build and manage a territory pipeline using outbound, inbound, partner, and customer-success leads. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, conduct alignment calls, attend local events and trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to support successful customer handoffs and growth.

Manage a book of laundromat accounts, drive product adoption and revenue through upsells and feature implementation, conduct lifecycle check-ins, support onboarding handoffs, funnel client feedback to product, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers transact via the Cents POS platform.
