Prepare dashboards, scorecards, business cases, and executive presentations; support operating reviews, client workshops, proposals, and strategic initiatives. Mentor consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables across portfolio company performance improvement programs.

Leads value creation programs for private equity clients and portfolio companies, developing operational improvement playbooks, identifying EBITDA enhancement opportunities, establishing governance and performance tracking, and delivering executive dashboards and board-ready materials.
