Requires strong fundraising, writing, project management, relationship-building, database, and prospect research skills.

Owns business applications, technology vendors, MSP performance, access management, IT assets, and technology initiatives. Manages case management system configuration, vendor contracts and BAAs, service levels, security functions, equipment refreshes, technology adoption, staff training, and IT health reporting. Requires collaboration with organizational leaders and external technology providers while supporting HIPAA-related technology controls and operational effectiveness.
