Leads outbound single-ticket, group, and subscription sales campaigns; develops leads through conversion; supports ticket product creation, demand pricing, and third-party sales partnerships. Maintains subscriber communications, assists with seating manifests in Tessitura, supports patrons and box office staff, and serves as Manager on Duty during performances.

Leads communications, media strategy, public relations, promotional partnerships, social media, influencer initiatives, and institutional storytelling for Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Writes and edits external communications, pitches stories, manages media relationships and calendars, coordinates interviews and events, develops community partnerships, oversees social strategy, and tracks coverage and engagement metrics. The role requires collaboration, strong communication, evening or weekend availability, and a commitment to inclusive workplace values.

Manages the theater’s IT infrastructure, cloud systems, networks, servers, workstations, applications, cybersecurity, backups, communications systems, and help desk. Oversees user onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting, training, vendor and MSP relationships, technology budgets, contracts, and technology planning. Maintains Tessitura systems and supports interfaces with theater, facilities, and building technologies. The role is primarily onsite, with on-call and occasional after-hours responsibilities.
