Manages a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects from initiation through closeout. Develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, manages resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes, and provides dashboards and leadership reporting. Supports HR technology implementations involving Workday, requirements gathering, testing, communications, training readiness, and post-launch activities. Facilitates governance, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across HR initiatives.

Supports public health data extraction, management, cleaning, validation, harmonization, statistical and qualitative analysis, and evaluation. Develops analytic datasets and documentation, analyzes implementation and outcome measures, integrates mixed-methods data, and prepares technical memoranda, reports, tables, figures, and presentations. The role also uses Microsoft Office and CDC administrative systems while supporting government program monitoring and evaluation activities.

Develops and maintains full-stack web applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, servers, and databases. Designs scalable solutions handling large datasets, optimizes SQL and database performance, troubleshoots complex defects, and supports architecture, testing, releases, and code reviews. Converts a complex 4D application to an ASP.NET MVC web application while integrating with existing systems. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in a clinical and medical environment.

Coordinates post-pay operations and change management activities involving Medicare Secondary Payer systems and contractors. Manages change requests, business requirements, impact assessments, communication plans, documentation, review boards, implementation timelines, training, SOPs, quality assurance, and mitigation efforts. Serves as a point of contact for MSPIC and MSPSC, supports process improvements, prepares management reports and executive presentations, and integrates change management across project and operational functions.

Leads advanced analytics initiatives supporting Tribal healthcare programs and strategic decision-making. Develops predictive and prescriptive models, integrates complex data sources, establishes data quality frameworks, evaluates healthcare data resources, and produces reports and dashboards. Coordinates cross-functional projects, ensures federal compliance, supports quality measurement, mentors junior staff, and may serve as a team lead.

Supports Tribal stakeholder engagement, outreach, workgroup meetings, and communications for a Tribal Healthcare Data, Research, and Quality Initiative. Coordinates with Tribal leaders and health organizations, incorporates Tribal priorities into project planning, protects Tribal data sovereignty, and contributes to initiative roadmaps. Develops communications materials and strategies across social media, media relations, email campaigns, and events while mentoring communications professionals and preparing client deliverables.

Engineer, deploy, maintain and optimize the organization's Splunk SIEM environment. Integrate data sources, develop apps/reports/alerts/dashboards, perform performance tuning, manage Linux on-prem servers, mentor Tier II staff, lead technical design, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure Splunk Enterprise Security and RBA/CIM compliance for large-scale enterprise deployments.

Coordinate secure transport, handling, and accountability of classified and sensitive materials; maintain chain-of-custody and operational documentation; manage routing, dispatch, tracking, and reporting; interface with Government and security stakeholders; support operational planning, inventory and GFE accountability; respond to surge or contingency operations while ensuring compliance with security and transportation procedures.
