Partners with leadership and marketing teams while ensuring regulatory, privacy, and ethical compliance.

Lead sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for a senior living community. Manage prospect relationships from inquiry through move-in, conduct tours, build referral networks, oversee digital and print marketing, host community events, supervise marketing staff, track pipeline metrics in Salesforce, prepare reports, and collaborate with leadership and corporate marketing teams.

Leads psychosocial services for skilled nursing residents, providing counseling, advocacy, care coordination, discharge planning, resource referrals, and family support. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, manages regulatory documentation, educates families on coverage and services, supports resident rights, and coordinates transitions across care settings.

Provides dining and customer service support in a luxury continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include serving residents, maintaining positive customer relationships, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working with minimal supervision. The role requires weekend and holiday flexibility, reliable transportation, and successful completion of background, drug, and physical screening.

Provides campus safety for residents, staff, and visitors at a senior living community.
