Lead and build the marketing function: define brand strategy across 30+ locations, drive demand generation and sales enablement, manage digital marketing and marketing technology, oversee budget and vendors, measure marketing ROI and KPIs, and hire/coach the marketing team to support growth and customer retention.

Manage and mentor the accounts payable team to ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, vendor relations, reconciliations, internal controls, compliance, reporting, and audit support while improving AP processes.

Design and modernize a scalable, secure data platform: build ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and near-real-time), migrate/operate SQL Server on AWS RDS, support transition to Microsoft Fabric, optimize performance, enforce security and governance (SOC 2), and enable AI-ready data in collaboration with engineering and business teams.

Lead a Strategic PMO to identify, prioritize, and execute enterprise initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalable growth, and measurable ROI. Own end-to-end program delivery, governance, change management, cross-functional alignment, and performance tracking while coaching teams and embedding sustained adoption across branch networks.
