Owns commercial strategy and relationships for strategic manufacturing accounts. The role develops account plans, drives profitable order entry and revenue growth, improves retention and account penetration, and identifies new strategic opportunities. It coordinates Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Service, Product Management, and executive stakeholders to deliver customer value across global regions. Responsibilities include mapping customer sites and stakeholders, tracking installed bases, developing multi-year opportunity roadmaps, and engaging customer executives, procurement, operations, engineering, and plant management.

Directs sales strategy and growth for robotic welding systems across the Americas, particularly the U.S. Leads customer and channel relationships, develops opportunities, oversees quoting and forecasting, negotiates contracts, supports regional sales managers, and collaborates with marketing, engineering, applications, and customer support teams. Provides product demonstrations and training while maintaining accurate sales and expense records.

Lead end-to-end robotic welding automation projects from scope definition through delivery. Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budget and quality management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, contract review, Incoterms understanding, customer satisfaction, and process improvement. The role manages multiple large-scale projects, collaborates across sales, operations, engineering, and service teams, and requires national and international travel as project needs dictate.
