Leads product strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement for PSA Vault and warehouse management systems. Oversees operational workflows including receiving, storage, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping while improving integrations with grading, marketplace, and logistics systems. Partners with Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, measure outcomes, and enhance customer experiences. The role also identifies AI and automation opportunities and coordinates cross-functional delivery across the Collectors ecosystem.

Lead and mentor the software engineering team responsible for PSA Set Registry, a large-scale consumer web and mobile product. Drive architecture, development, delivery, code quality, release management, production troubleshooting, and technical strategy. Partner with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while promoting agile practices, collaboration, continuous learning, and an inclusive engineering culture.

Own design, build, and support of the NetSuite ERP: configure/customize modules, develop SuiteScript/SuiteFlow solutions, manage integrations (Salesforce, payments, e-commerce, shipping, data warehouse), maintain system performance and data integrity, provide user support and documentation, and partner with Finance, Ops, and Supply Chain on process-driven NetSuite implementations and reporting.

Lead design and implementation of the PSA Liquidity Platform connecting buyers and sellers. Build buyer tooling, matching/ranking engines, and seller experiences. Architect and operate microservices and Kafka-driven systems on Kubernetes/AWS, instrument observability, apply AI tooling across the SDLC, and drive cross-functional delivery from 0-to-1 while owning end-to-end outcomes.

Lead backend and full-stack work on the Payments team, building multi-gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal), payment APIs, and customer payment UIs. Ensure secure, compliant (PCI-DSS) payment flows, reliability, observability, and scalability across AWS/Kubernetes microservices. Partner cross-functionally to design architecture, implement settlement/reconciliation, and maintain high availability.

The Director of Engineering will lead platform engineering strategy and teams, enhancing developer experience, driving AI integration, and establishing governance for development practices.

Design, build, and operate internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, deployment workflows, and shared services. Create automation and custom tooling, prototype and productionize AI-assisted engineering workflows, strengthen cloud and container foundations (Kubernetes, IaC), instrument platforms with telemetry, and own platform projects end-to-end including rollout, adoption, and on-call.
